Trevor Probandt

Trevor was born and raised on Probandt family ranches in both Sterling and Tom Green Counties his entire life, he has a great understanding of working ranches including horses, sheep, goats and cattle. After high school he attended Texas Tech University and received his degree in Biology/Physiology. After his days as a Red Raider he worked in the oil and gas industry before going full-time into land investing and sales.

Being a fifth generation rancher and third generation land investor Trevor has been fortunate to see multiple sides of the business and how the prices of land have become dependent on recreational or residential buyers. This decoupling of land prices from their initial agricultural uses has brought about both challenges and opportunities for landowners and buyers in todays constantly changing market.

Trevor has been married to his wonderful wife, Katie, for 15 years and they have two boys Tate and Bowen who keep them busy with sports, hunting and fishing in the small community of Wall, TX. Trevor also has a passion for the mountains where he is happiest with a fly rod or bow in his hands. He is also a member of several conservation organizations such as The Elk Foundation, The Wild Sheep Foundation, Backcountry Hunters and Anglers and Ducks Unlimited.
