Ed Probandt

Growing up and working on ranches across Texas and Colorado gave me a deep appreciation for hard work and an understanding of the land—its soils, water depth and quality, grass types, and much more. All of this was learned through hands-on experience at what I like to call the Charles Probandt Academy and Work Camp for Young Men.

Over time, I realized it wasn’t just about hard work. These were life lessons—about the land, the people, and the importance of treating both with respect, honesty, and integrity in everything you do.

This foundation carried over into our land dealings, which began in the late '90s with the help of my father, brother, and others. After graduating from the “academy” and Angelo State University, I joined West Central Wireless, where I spent 35 years in sales, customer service, and land acquisition for tower sites. When the company sold, I retired, but the values I lived by—total honesty and integrity—remained as important as ever.

Now, I’m entering a new chapter and ready to help guide you to your dream property.
