This is Trevor, and I wanted to get this first blog out and discuss why as an asset owner or investor would want to work with Go West Investments.
1) We make it easy to do business with us, we make sure that we do what we say and we are always able to have direct communication with us. There are no middle men or lenders that you have to speak with.
2) At Go West we work directly with buyers, sellers and investors, we do not broker deals or work off commissions, we are investors ourselves and only work our own deals.
3) Our investment criteria is simple, we buy assets based on purchase price and very little else. Real estate is simply the vehicle, and our acquisition criteria dictates our desired rate of return on capital expenditure. At Go West we love being direct with our offers and making every opportunity a win-win situation for everyone involved.
